In each of the seven student texts, ELT students acquire general vocational and pre-vocational skills as they follow the workplace experience of several characters. The series offers realistic suggestions for getting hired, keeping a job, acquiring a promotion, and other job-related situations.

Multi-level exercises offer practice in listening and speaking. Relevant activities strengthen students’ vocabulary and enhance their oral dialogue, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Teacher’s Guide contain answer keys, lesson plans, grammar explanations, and extension activities
Audiocassettes provide recorded dialogues from the text to boost learning skills and provide extra listening practice and reinforcement
Testing and Resource Book includes backline masters of authentic forms that focus on document literacy, as well as placement/screening and exit tests with answer key
